When this set of empty nesters decided to relocate from New Jersey, The Valle Group helped them build a foundation for the next phase of their life on the South Coast.

After finding the perfect piece of land near the water and close to the Tennis Club in Marion, the couple connected with a local Architect who recommended The Valle Group to build their new custom home.

The old cottage that stood on the land was replaced with this beautiful, double gabled home, rich with rustic charm and accented by natural wood finishes throughout. A large pergola-covered porch and outdoor shower complete the home’s exterior.
