Making an old home new.

When an out-of-state couple looking to relocate to the Cape came across a semi-neglected, older cottage on a good sized lot, they knew they’d found a diamond in the rough. The seasonal cottage had “good bones” but it had fallen into disrepair and was not ready for year round living. They knew it would take a good deal of vision and quite a bit of work to realize its potential.

Our team completed a down-to-the-studs rehabilitation, renovation and new addition to the home. Work included new walls, windows and woodwork throughout the existing spaces, a new kitchen and bath plus a full master suite addition. New mechanical systems were added for efficient heating and cooling along with significant landscape design work and a remodeled porch.
