The Valle Group, Inc. and its affiliates have been involved in real estate development, construction, consulting, planning, marketing and interior design for a variety of projects throughout New England for over 35 years.

The Company is also involved in assisting financial institutions and others in the maximization of value and efficient disposition of their real estate portfolios. Services include permitting, planning, construction, marketing, financial analysis and management for both residential and commercial property.

The company is highly involved with sustainable and “green building” design & construction, working with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified architects on residential construction projects.  We are also assisting our subcontractors and suppliers in the implementation of “green building” materials and construction practices.  The company is in the process of achieving LEED certification. 

Our corporate office is located in Falmouth, Massachusetts; our work is now primarily in New England and we intend to continue expanding in this region.
