We are Currently Hiring for the Following Positions:
Architectural Designer or Architect
The Valle Group is a family-owned construction company located in Falmouth, MA. We are seeking an Architectural Designer or Architect to help develop our design/build capabilities. Qualifications should include familiarity or experience with residential construction. Experience with high performance home design would be beneficial. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Client interaction and correspondence
• Measuring and documenting existing conditions
• Development of elevations, sections, 3D renderings
• Development of architectural details of project
• Completion of construction documents and drawings
• Completion of redline changes and revisions
• Review of product or shop drawing submittals during the construction phase
• Organization and maintenance of project files
• Other job duties assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Masters of Architecture Degree
• Must have required experience under registered Architect (no registered architect on staff at The Valle Group)
• Extensive knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD or equivalent, and Adobe Suite
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Project Management Software
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills with team members
• Excellent design and documentation skills
