The Valle Group is Looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist/Office Assistant. Could it be you?

The Valle Group, a custom home builder and developer based in East Falmouth is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist, who will also serve in an administrative role as well. Ideal candidate must have excellent Quickbooks skills, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word programs. Position includes salary and benefits.

In addition to the Accounts Payable role, responsibilities will include:

  • Bank and Credit Card reconciliations
  • Insurance and Contract administration
  • Assisting in tasks related to sales and marketing
  • Assisting in planning and scheduling company events, and
  • Helping answering the phone and directing communications traffic
