Jimmy Zinno

Site Supervisor

Jimmy Zinno is a veteran construction professional with more than 45 years of experience in the industry.

Born in Rhode Island, Jimmy came to the Cape in 1972 to work with a framing crew for the summer after completing his aircraft maintenance degree at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He’s been here ever since. Jimmy met his wife here, to whom he’s been married for nearly 50 years, and with whom he has two grown daughters who also live on the Cape.

Jimmy spent 20 years at The Green Company as a carpenters foreman and a job superintendent working closely with Joe Valle who was then President of the company. From there, Jimmy went out on his own for a number of years before accepting a position as Outside Operations Manager for a large design build firm on Cape where he spent 18 years before retiring in 2020.

In 2022, Joe Valle invited Jimmy to step out of retirement and join The Valle Group team where he brings his vast expertise as a Site Supervisor.

When not out at Valle Group job sites, Jimmy enjoys collecting cars and cruising around the Cape with his wife in one of his classic convertibles.
