Falmouth Home Renovation
The Valle Group was brought in to handle the renovation of this family home in Falmouth. The project includes demolition of the 2nd floor of this cape style home and reconfiguring to increase Square Footage on second floor and the addition of a family room over garage. There will be a full dormer in the front and new roofline in rear. The second floor deck will be removed to make a bedroom and increase master bedroom size. We will be adding 2 new bathrooms upstairs, and bringing the bedroom count to four. The existing first floor will remain essentially the same except for floor refinishing and new paint.
