An Osterville Second Act for Josh and Laura

Josh and Laura came to The Valle Group in 2017 with an inspiration to build a home that borrowed aspects from each of their pasts to lay a foundation they would build on in the next phase of their life on the cape. Josh grew up on the water in Ocean City Maryland and Laura on the grassy bluffs of Nebraska. With their kids off to college, they envisioned for themselves a home that would combine that midwestern craftsman feel of Laura’s childhood home with the cozy comfort of the cottage where Josh spent summers as a kid. The result was the breathtaking home featured below. We think they nailed it.
