Megansett Crossing in North Falmouth

The Valle Group supports affordable housing opportunities for all who live and work on Cape Cod. We are pleased to have recently begun construction of a 5 building, 10 unit workforce housing development in North Falmouth. The project is owned by Megansett Crossing, LLC and was designed by Christopher T. Wise Architects. Keep an eye on this page for photos of construction progress.
