When this family found a turn of the century Cataumet house in need of renovation, they reached out to The Valle Group to bring their vision to life.

Part renovation and part restoration, our team worked closely with the client and architect on this project to preserve the historic characteristics of the hundred year old gem while updating it to fit the family’s modern lifestyle.

There are historic details throughout, including the preserved original staircase, numerous built-ins and a fully restored wrap around farmers porch. The outdoor living area was greatly expanded with a new 3 season room, custom outdoor shower and extended porch.
