Falmouth Summer House Addition & Renovation

When the family who had owned this Falmouth “Summer shack” for more than 30 years, decided it was time to expand and modernize the home for the next generation, they reached out to The Valle Group to handle the project.

The Architect’s plans involved significant work to the entire home included adding a new two story, 500SF addition with a new kitchen/dining area on the first floor and a master suite above. The scope also involved opening up the space by adding steel beams and removing many interior walls to allow a total reconfiguration the space.

The finished product was delivered to a very happy client on time and on budget.
