An asset for the community.

The Valle Group was hired for pre-construction services and the renovation of the historic Onset Bay Bath House. The building, which sits directly on the beach in Onset Bay, was completely gutted and rebuilt as a maritime school, engaging thousands of people every year in a variety of active outdoor adventures including sailing and shoreline ecology exploration. The rehabilitated bath house features educational and event facilities, boat storage and office space.

The complexities of restoring and rebuilding a dilapidated structure on the beach in a flood zone were many. There were 180 helical piles necessary & breakaway panels installed to protect the building from  future weather events.
