The homeowners always loved their beautiful lot abutting acres of conservation land with the ocean just beyond. What they didn’t like was the lack of outdoor living areas and having very little storage space on the property.

The Valle Group delivered a finished project that capitalized on the natural beauty of the location while overcoming the storage issues.

The centerpiece is this rustic contemporary screened gazebo (which looks just perfect for a Sunday nap), large storage space underneath, L-shaped upper deck with stone patio below. We also added architectural detail and improved privacy in the outdoor shower to complete the renovation.
