Rick Lawrence

Site Supervisor

Rick came to the Valle Group as a Site Supervisor in the spring of 2019. A native Cape Codder and resident of Sandwich, Rick has extensive experience in the construction field. Starting out as a professional landscape contractor while in high school, and later working for several small “start to finish” framing companies, he mastered his carpentry skills. Rick also took the initiative to obtain his MA Construction Supervisors License. Prior to joining the Valle Group, Rick was a Construction Manager for four years at a design build firm on the lower Cape. He was there for ten years rising from carpenter to Construction Manager. Rick lives with his wife Jackie, two daughters, Madison and Carly, and black lab, Lucy. In his spare time, Rick enjoys golfing, spending time with his children, playing basketball, and going to the beach. He has been active in the community, including as a volunteer at the Housing Assistance Corporation’s (HAC) Annual Big Fix event to assist veterans, seniors, and disabled homeowners with home repairs.
