Shaina Pagani

Architectural Designer

A Sandwich native, Shaina earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Virginia Tech before returning to Massachusetts and accepting a position at a boutique residential architecture firm in Boston.

After nearly a decade of the hustle and bustle of the city, Shaina was more than ready to move back home to the Cape along with her husband and 3 young children.

Shaina spent a number of years working for a local design/build firm before joining The Valle Group team in late 2023. In her current role, Shaina helps our clients to get their vision down on paper by developing architectural drawings and finished plans. She collaborates closely with our construction teams throughout all phases of the projects she designs.

In her free time, Shaina enjoys driving out onto Sandy Neck with her family and paddleboarding.
