Pre-Project Planning
If you’ve decided to build a custom home, it’s never too early to bring in a trustworthy construction partner like The Valle Group. The sooner we get involved, the more we can ensure the project is set-up for success from the start from both a design and constructibility point of view. During the Pre-Project Planning phase we will work with you to address key considerations including the suitability of the (potential) lot and whether any mitigation would be needed to make the land buildable. We will also begin to deal with design plans, either by working closely with your architect or referring you to an architect if you don’t already have one.
Pre-Construction Services
With the design and construction team in place and working closely together, we develop the detailed plan that will guide the construction process including a detailed project schedule and precise budget.
Construction Management
With the planning process complete, we are ready to begin construction together. The Valle Group will actively manage all of the details of the project on a daily basis, staying in close and frequent communication with you throughout. This is where our relationship gets built.
Architectural Design Services
With an Architectural Designer on staff, The Valle Group is able to assist clients by developing architectural drawings and finished plans. While we are always happy to work with outside architects, our in-house Architectural Design services can be an efficient and cost effective approach for many projects.
