Greek Revival style architecture may not be the most common on the Cape, but it was a perfect inspiration for this custom home The Valle Group built for our client in Sandwich.

With street-facing gable end, off-center entry, four panel door with transom above, and flat Pilasters and corner boards, this lovely custom home is a modern take on a classic style.

This year-round cape house offers just over 3,000sf of living area for the family and guests with additional finishable space in the walkout basement that leads to the pool and surrounding patio.

As part of our work with the client, we arranged interviews with local architects and assisted in the value engineering process to help them get the most features for their home on budget.
