Another Certified Passive House built by The Valle Group.
This ultra energy-efficient, environmentally-conscious home sits on a wooded, pond-side lot in Sandwich. With street-facing gable, the home’s design blends familiar Cape Cod elements with a more modern design sensibility.
The dark cementitious panels, sustainably sourced wood accents and large banks of glass not only contribute to the house’s distinctive look, they are also part and parcel of the earth friendly design and construction approach at the heart of Passive House Construction.
