This was The Valle Group’s first “Passive Home” project and the first Certified Passive Home ever built on the Cape.

The client’s goal was to minimize not only his Carbon footprint through energy efficiency but his physical footprint as well with a home design that was compact and unobtrusive on the land.

The house sits perfectly on a small hill overlooking Bourne Pond with a large portion of the land dedicated to organic farming.
