You would be hard pressed to spot any remnant of the 1970’s shed roof house that was completely renovated as part of this project.

The rugged old house had served the family well for decades and there was no denying the water views were amazing. But after raising their kids and getting them out on their own, it was finally time for this Falmouth couple to transform their humble home into what they always knew it could be.

The project included converting to a gable style design, opening up the waterside of the home with as many windows as possible, adding a large deck, and completely remodeling the entire interior.
