Jim Cole

Site Supervisor

Jim started with The Valle Group as a lead carpenter and later became a Site Supervisor.  Jim has worked in the construction business for 20 years.  In addition, he spent many years working as a manager in the supermarket industry. Prior to joining The Valle Group, he was business partners with another Valle employee, Rian Ice, owning their own construction company and working as a subcontractor to The Valle Group.  In 2015, they joined The Valle Group full time. In his spare time, you can find Jim gardening or bike riding. During the winter, he travels to Maine to snowmobile.
