Home on the Beach
While visiting the Cape from their year round home in the northern suburbs of Boston, this couple came a cross an old cottage for sale directly on the sand dunes of Sandwich. They came back and made an offer on the property with a vision of building their dream Summer home.
After connecting with an architect, the client reached out to The Valle Group to handle the pre-project planning and construction of their new beach house.
Working closely with the client and design team, we helped make their vision a reality.
