Once the private residence of a Civil War Captain, The “Captain Davis House” in Woods Hole, MA-home of the Cape and Islands NPR Station, WCAI Radio-underwent a major historic renovation. The building was dramatically restored while still preserving numerous historical features. The building’s energy efficiency and universal accessibility were brought up to modern standards.
