Workforce Housing in Falmouth

The Valle Group is committed to doing our part to ensure the availability of affordable housing for working families on Cape Cod.

We have partnered with a number of organizations who provide affordable housing opportunities in our community including the Falmouth Housing Corporation here in Falmouth.

We recently completed the second phase of  Gifford Street Workforce Housing. This multi-building development offers a mix of one, two and three bedroom units.
