Valle Group Sweeps 2023 Home Builder Awards
Falmouth custom builder takes home 10 Awards from two leading construction industry organizations
HYANNIS, MA-October 5, 2023- Falmouth based custom homebuilder, The Valle Group set a record this Awards season by taking home a total of 10 awards from Home Builders and Remodelers’ Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) and Builders and Remodeler’s Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) during the organizations’ biannual awards galas held on two dates in October.
The coveted “BRICC ” and “PRISM” awards were inaugurated to recognize the “Best of The Best” projects and people in the construction industry on Cape Cod and the Greater Boston Area. Categories included the best in new home construction and renovation as well as sales and marketing.
Representatives of the Valle Group team were on-hand to celebrate and receive the awards during Gala celebrations at the Cape Codder resort in Hyannis and the Boston Museum of Science. The second generation, family-owned construction firm was recognized both for excellence in construction and for their outstanding team.
The final awards tally included a Gold and Silver award for Best Home Renovation Over $1m for a historic renovation/addition in Cataumet, a Silver award for Best Kitchen Renovation Under $100k for a beach house in Falmouth, and the Gold award for Best Affordable Development of Megannsett Crossing in Falmouth. 6 separate awards were won by members of The Valle Group team. Site Supervisor Scott Jacobson was recognized as “Rising Star of The Year” with a Gold PRISM Award. Project Manager Andrew Seguin and Site Supervisor Rob Oberton each took Gold for their respective categories being name Best in their field. Valle Group’s director of Sales at Redbrook, Cecilia McGonagle was named Salesperson of the year by both organizations taking home a Gold PRISM and a Silver BRICC award. The Valle Group’s marketing partner, Smith + Co. Marketing and Communications was recognized with a Silver PRISM award for Best Digital Marketing campaign.
Valle Group CEO Joseph Valle and President Christian Valle warmly congratulated each of the 27 members of their team for their collective contributions to the success of the company.

The addition of these ten brings the total to 22 of BRICC and PRISM awards that have been won by Valle Group over the past several years. The firm was also recognized as “Builder of The Year” by the same organization in 2022.
