When Marion homeowners expressed an interest in building a guest house on their property, they wanted it to be as simple a process as possible. Our team offered an elegant solution, to modify one of our existing home designs.

The Valle Group maintains a portfolio of ready-to-build (or modify) home plans for those clients who prefer not to engage an architect. In this case, we started with our “Cranberry” home design, swapped out the garage for a sunroom and got underway with construction.

The new house was ready for guests by Summer.
