The Valle Group is honored to have been recognized by our Industry peers as being among the best Custom Home Builders in the state and on Cape Cod. These “BRICC” and “PRISM” awards have been given to The Valle Group by leading home construction industry groups including Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod and The Builders and Remodelers of Greater Boston. Excellence in New Construction: Best High Performance Energy Efficient Home
The Valle Group was awarded the Gold Prism Award for Best High Performance Energy Efficient home for this Passive House in Sandwich. Outstanding design by Kaplan Thompson Architecture. Learn more about this award winning home.
Excellence in Green & Energy Design
The second 2021 award for this Passive Home was presented to The Valle Group by Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod. This BRICC Silver Award was for given for Excellence in Green Energy and Design. We are proud to say that this is the third highly energy efficient Passive Home built by The Valle Group.
Outstanding Commercial Project
While The Valle Group focuses primarily on custom homebuilding, we occasionally take on special projects in the community. Excellence in Design for Green Energy Home
The Valle Group team was honored to be recognized with a 2016 Gold BRICC Award for this Passive House in Westport. This was a particular honor as it was one of the first Passive Homes built in the region. Learn more about this home and this highly energy efficient approach to construction.

Mike Katon – Project Manager of the Year
The Valle Group’s Vice President of Construction was named Project Manager of The Year by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod. This award recognizes the best of the best professionals in the industry.
Andrew Seguin – Multiple Award Winner, 2016 BRICC Shooting Star and 2023 PRISM Best Project Manager (Gold)
Senior Project Manager Andrew Seguin has been recognized as a leader in the industry from early in his career. He was first recognized as an Industry Shooting Star by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod in 2016. In 2023 he earned the distinction of being named Outstanding Project Manager 2023 and awarded the Gold PRISM Award.
Rob Oberton – Gold PRISM Award Winner 2023 Best Site Supervisor
Valle Group Site Supervisor, Rob Oberton was recognized as the best in his field with the 2023 Gold PRISM award. This distinction is given to the construction professional who exemplifies excellence in Construction Supervision.
Scott Jacobson – 2023 PRISM Gold Rising Star Award
Valle Group Site Supervisor Scott Jacobson was recognized as the Industry’s “Rising Star”. This Gold Award is given to a single recipient in recognition of their commitment to excellence and skill advancement.
Cecilia McGonagle – Winner of 2023 BRICC Salesperson of The Year and 2023 PRISM Salesperson of the Year
Cecilia McGonagle (who heads up our sales team at Redbrook) was honored in 2023 with the distinction of being named Salesperson of The Year by both HBRACC and BRAGB. These prestigious awards recognize outstanding leaders in home construction sales and marketing.
Sally Katon – Most Valuable Team Member (GOLD PRISM AWARD)
The Valle Group’s Account and Customer Care Specialist, Sally Katon was recognized with a Gold PRISM Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the team.
